Re: Larger breasts
I followed this thread with a bit of a smile on my face.
After I got out of college and got a job and a place of my own where I could dress as I desired I bought my first set of breastforms. Like a lot of girls I went big, D cup. I thought that big breasts made you more feminine, I quickly found out otherwise. It was tough to find clothes that right and they were always in the way. I went like that for a couple of years but soon figured out most women are a B or a C cup and if I wanted to look more natural I had to downsize. I still have those D cup forms in a bottom drawer but haven't worn them in years. Now I am a very comfortable ad happy 36B and feel that I am feminine and more mainstream!

Re: Larger breasts
Well my new boobs showed up in the mail this afternoon!
I had already bought 2 bras to fit them so as soon as they arrived I changed. My what a difference! I guess I was used to being a B cup and with the bigger forms I found my sense of balance in heels was quite different as well as they way I carried myself. I am not sure about all of this, glad I didn't spend a lot of money on them. Makes me wonder how women who have breast augmentation feel right after they get them.
I will keep you posted on my progress and how I am adapting. I am seeing my gentleman friend tomorrow for lunch and am planning on going as the "new" me. When I told him of my plans he eyes lit up, typical male. It should be interesting to see how he reacts when he sees them in person.

Sigh. Breast size is no more a measure of femininity than the size of your dickydoo has with masculinity.Heather W wrote:. Like a lot of girls I went big, D cup. I thought that big breasts made you more feminine,
There is a real person inside the bra. The kind of man that dresses female will come to appreciate a woman for who she is and less of cup size.
So Trudy, now you can experience the chest stare, ill fitting clothes, and back aches. With the right outfit, wear them proudly.

I so agree with you Eileen, on a conscious level. But that still doesn't stop me from wishing deep down that I could nicely fill out a C cup without resorting to help. And you're right that feeling that myself makes me understand how women feel when men rank them by chest.Breast size is no more a measure of femininity than the size of your dickydoo has with masculinity

Re: Larger breasts
Just a little update on my venturing into the world of big bosoms. Granted my gentleman friend loved them, typical male!
In reality I did go a month with them but I gave up. My balance seemed all wrong, especially in heels. I couldn't find a dress to fit them that wasn't at least one size too big below.
Also I found they got in the way of way too many things. I love to play golf and have been playing as Trudy for about a year now. It is tough enough to swing as a B cup as a D, well it was pitiful!
I still have them but I think I am going to stay a 38B!

Re: Larger breasts
Darlin' you just weren't wearing them long enough! On average, big breasted women do not fall on their faces every time they walk in heels! Dresses never fit right, I wear separates. And of course they get in the way. I never played golf though. Bowling is fun.Trudy wrote: My balance seemed all wrong, especially in heels.
Can I ask if you live femme most of the time and if so, what other differences you noticed? You ladies here have a size choice in areas a GG does not. Just curious on a different perspective.

Re: Larger breasts
Good Point. The ability to pick your size to match your mood is a definite advantage (one of the few). I have varied it a lot in the privacy of my own home. Then, it is just a function of mood. I have ranged from nothing in my bra to zip locks with several cups of rice. Just depends on what happens to be on my mind at the time.
When going out, it is different. For me anyway, as my primary goal is to (try to) pass. Too big and you are noticed. Too small you are noticed.
I don't like the really big boobs when out (d or larger); mostly because nothing really fits. The unintended brush or bump happens too much for my taste. You even have to be careful sitting at a table. Interestingly, when those distractions are not present, I really am unaware of them at all - after a while, anyway.
So, I have a skeleton only a fullback could love; broad shoulders, large rib cage. An A gets lost; depending on what I try to put on even a B looks inadequate. So what is left is a C, which seems to work best, it puts me at about 1/2 on the elbow test.
More important (when trying to pass) is waist, hips, and derriere. Portraying an X rather and Y silhouette takes more of my attention; and is harder to accomplish. The breast size is the easiest to deal with.
Bottom line: Brest size really doesn't matter, looking good (right?) is important.
Golf? Gave it up years ago when I decided I didn't like the monster that came out after bad shots. Having said that, I would think trying to get a swing right and sport large breasts would be a nightmare. I'm a calmer person now, might trying a go a the links em femme sometime just to see what it was like.
I did see an interview once with a (successful) member of the ladies PGA, who was well endowed, saying that they did effect the swing in a major way and that it was part of her decision to stop playing professionally.

Re: Larger breasts
Eileen, while I have never "officially" transitioned or anything like that I live pretty much full time as Trudy. I can't remember the last time I wore male clothes.
When I said my balance seemed off when in heels I meant it just felt very different. I have been a 38B for pretty much 20 years or so now and it feels natural, so much so when I take my forms off it feels strange. No I didn't fall on my face, well at least not recently. You are so right about clothes fitting so much differently. I don't think in the 4 weeks or so I went "big" I wore a single dress. I did try shopping for one to fit but to no avail. Those that fit on top were too big down below and vice versa.
I did notice I seemed to move differently with the bigger breasts. II think it was the second morning I had them glued on I swung the cupboard open to get my coffee cup out and I smacked it right into my boobs.
Bet that would have really hurt had they been real! Like I said I noticed a tremendous difference when I played golf. My BF did love the "bigger" me but since I have gone back he has only mentioned it once. I told him maybe for a treat I would get them out if he was a good boy.
The other thing I did notice very much was how men look at you and perceive you. I noticed I got a lot more stares as a buxom lady. In the beginning i was flattered but as time wore on that got old. I think the point where it bcame annoying was I took my car in for an oil change and to have the tires rotated. I always go to the same shop but this time when he was writing me up I noticed he was talking to my chest not my face! As a genwtic male I apologize to you Eileen and all larger busted women for the way the male of the species stares!
I learned a long time ago to never say never so I will probably get the "big mamas" as my BF called them out again, though I doubt it will be for a permanent basis. I am very happy as a paltry 38B and hopefully getting noticed for my looks, style, class, etc. rather than a large chest. I do understand we have a choice rather than having to live with nature gives us. However remember you develop them and get used to tham as times goes along. For me it was last night you were a B cup and now this morning you're a full fledged D!
All in all it was a learning experience and maybe the next time I drag them out I will be better prepared for what happens and how to act.

Re: Larger breasts
I've never been the same cup size for any long stretch of time, and D was sometime in High School. Women usually don't do much to enhance the girls more than a push up bra or tighter tops with a lower neckline. It's nice to have a breast size conversation with genetic males without immature remarks and giggling. And chest stares become less frequent with age, sigh.
Jumping two sizes overnight is a big change to get used to. Even slight changes are noticeable, especially when favorite clothes seem to shrink. Having the option to go back... wonder what's that like? Don't get me wrong, I love my breast size, most of the time. The concept of having a choice is intriguing.
Trudy, when you have the urge to go big, be confident. Just as if they are a natural part of you. Living full time female, I'm sure you have the correct mannerisms down pat.
Kelly, you really should pick up a cheap set of forms, they've got to feel better than rice.
Since this thread concerns breast size, and I really have enjoyed the discussion, my perspective is from that of a larger breasted woman with a CD husband and his trials. He wears D cup forms and looks pretty good, very passable. There have been hints so far, and maybe you all are too polite to ask, but my size has not been divulged. I'm a little bit chunky and weight changes happen upstairs first, so I vary between DDD and G.
A D cup gets in the way? Try discovering that you breast is hot because it's in the soup bowl!

I should be the one thanking you for such an honest and open discussion. I have found most women will discuss a lot of things with us girls as long as it doesn't get too personal about them.

Re: Larger breasts
Ok I have been holding off on this but time to chime in. I originally had enhancers which made me a 38a or b. I was alot lighter than and they looked perportional to my body shape. I later picked up some forms at a store close out which moved me up to 38c. As i gained weight they started to look small and I added the enhancers to make them a bit more perportional to my body. I continued to gain weight and what I had began to look small so I began to look for something new. My ex was in one of her mental abusive modes and one thing she said stuck "You will never know what it is like to have big boobs". So I got some cheapy 40DD's so I could be comparable to her 38DD's. No I could never completely know what it is like but I could feel a part of what it would be like. I felt the weight, the tired back, the sweat, them getting in the way. Try framing a wall then trying to walk between the studs, opps need to pull them in. They are always bumping into something. I never thought I would wear them out and about, But as much as they were a pain, they were comfortable and me. Also I had gained some more weight, so they did not look huge on me but just a little big. After a little more weight gain I did wear them out and they looked ok and perportional on me. And interestingly the area I live in has alot of plus sized gals so I just fit in.
Well my DD's are starting to show wear so I look into getting another pair and get a new set of forms 40DD full figure. They are fuller sized and less perky and I really like those and they fit my full figure bras better also. They also look more realisti for a person my age. We my cheapy 4DD's go so I make due with my other ones for a while but quickly see they are showing wear as I am wearing them most nights and some weekends all weekend. So I get another pair of the cheapy 40DD's from the same place I did last time. I figured they lasted me 4 years they were ok for cheapy. But I did not read the whole discription that says they have a new supplier and they run larger until after I get them. So now i have a pair of perky 40DDD's. That is ok i got to do some more shopping for bras.
I have yet to wear these new ones out as the size is ok but I think they are a bit too perky for my size and age. They work well for around the house.
So I guess my moral is, make sure they are perportional to your size and look right on you. If you are more fluffy, you can wear a larger form and look perportional. But this does not mean you have to. In watching gals when I am out and about gals and breat size are all over the map. Little gals with small breast, little gals with big breast, big gals with big breast, and big gals with small breast. But normally gals are average and perportional. Look for gals that are your size and build and look for their average breast size and that is the area you should be wearing for form size if you want to blend in. If you do not care if you blend in then wear what you want as there are gals out there that size.
I know I have always tried to look perportional. When ever i begin to loose some weight my form size will also follow.

Re: Larger breasts
Thanks for your insight, Kimberly! Possibly your issue is constant weight gain?
Like I should talk! Adding something downstairs to look proportional is very important, though wearing all the padding and forms can't be comfortable. That and a fondness for pantyhose keeps my husband indoors during the hot Summer months.
I've never framed a wall, but getting stuck between two studs doesn't sound like a bad thing! I have cleaned out a sink trap and have gone spelunking. When there is no option of removing the girls, you just deal with it. As with any body shape, short or tall, heavy or thin, adapting to challenges are second nature.
It's difficult enough to buy clothing on line, I don't know how you all buy forms! 'Feel natural'? To whom? The 'perky' type, I don't think should be worn by anyone over 25, it's not reality. Nether is 'perky' DDD's, natural tissue that size has gravity to contend with. When I first saw what these things cost, that started new arguments, at least till realizing there is no other passible option. A set my husband bought several years ago came with 'naughty nipples', basically erect pasties. As a lark, I wore them once during a shopping trip. A lot more stares and oogling than I'm normally used to. Of course, wearing them made me more self conscious and noticed more.
I realize that a lot of girls are more into going clubbing and possible pick ups, I'll not judge. Nearly all the CD friends we have wish to be mistaken as an actual woman, just living life. A major part of my acceptance of a CD spouse was his poor collection of average women's wear, nothing erotic. Probably hid it anyway. But I'm wandering off. I guess the bottom line is choosing forms is not to pick out size and type that might be your fantasy. Go with ones you can live with in every situation, as if you couldn't take them off when convenient.

I think Kimberly said it all in this. I am 5'6" 145 lbs today. Back when I was wearing forms i went for a 36C. Maybe a bit big for my frame, I was probably 7 to 10 pounds lighter back then, but I looked pretty hot if I do say so myself.KimberlyS wrote:

Re: Larger breasts
Unlike GG we have the choice to go as huge or small as we like. but what really gets me is that maybe not those who are a CD/TS. The marketing of breast forms. It seems like bigger is better. I have seen other CD/TSs look at it the same way. maybe it is the masculine side. Myself I just have small enhancers that work fine for me. So I may be a 38A or B ( never really measured myself) I agree with what Heather posted. Will I ever go large breasts, no. Larger than the enhancers I have maybe.
