Thanks Donna,

The problem that I see is those of us who take "supplements" be it multi-vitimans, or various and sundry potions from GNC or others, the article eludes to the fact that sometimes these can have an adverse effect on each other and we end up with only some very expensive urine!

Here is weird, I think I could remove 3" deck screws with my thumb nails but my other finger nails get any length to them and they virtually tear like onion skin paper, they are so weak. Same hands, I would assume that they all get the same nutrition #-o but they seem to be composed of entirely different material.

Anyway, thanks for the info.

Love ya,

Virginia

Not real big on taking vitamins, I've heard too many "Snake Oil" salesmen on the AM radio. But as a bee keeper I tend think the Royal Jelly as a natural supplement might help my nails and hair. It is the only thing the Queen of the swarm eats, and she lives 5 or 6 years, laying 2,000 eggs a day, where as the worker bees and drones only live about 6 weeks. So as expensive as it is, until I can harvest my own, I need to get me some. Nails are thin and tear easily and I haven't had a hair cut in over 10 years and it barely comes down to my shoulders because it keeps breaking off.
