Im new here so please tell me all your favorite shades of hosiery!

It all depends on the outfit I am wearing, but I love a soft smokie gray

The color of my pantyhose depends upon my outfit and the season, but 'Suntan' is my first choice.

I will wear 'Coffee' during the winter season, which is offered by L'Eggs, but I've only been able to find this shade at their outlet stores or online. I've found that Coffee is the perfect in-between shade for winter, not too sunny ('suntan'), not too dark ('black' or 'off-black'), and tends to work well with most skirts and dresses.

I never wear pantyhose in a color, such as white, ivory, red, navy, etc., regardless of the outfit I am wearing, and I rarely wear black or off-black.

Biege or suntan. I like the nude, but the colors tend to cover some discoloration I have on my legs. Once in awhile I will wear black or off black, but depends on the outfit.

I like nude or suntan best in the warmer seasons. When the weather gets cooler I'll still wear them, but I will also, from time to add black or off black. I can never decide which of those two I prefer. It depends on my mood, and my skirt, I guess.

Smoked gray when wearing Black or Blue skirts. Nude for when wearing other colors.
In the warmer months when the tan on nice, usually none.

I don't think I could stand not wearing hose or pantyhose. My feet stick to the inside of my shoes without them. Besides....after going to all that effort to shave, I'll be darned if I won't treat my legs to the silky feel of nylons. Just me I suppose.....I've worked to long for this pleasure thank you very much

There are advantages to not wearing hose, especially in warmer weather. For one thing, with a long or loosely flowing skirt, you're more aware of the skirt as you move about. I like it. It's not sexy, but it's a comfortable, feminine feeling. I like it.

Dark colors, like black and dark blue

My hosiery color, regardless of if it is pantyhose or stockings, is truly a function of what I am wearng. If had to choose an all around color it would be suntan in Leggs SheerEnergy. I look awful in nude and I know the suntan is a bit orangish but it looks pretty good on these old legs!

For me it would have to be Barely There by Hanes for most looks. I do sometimes go to a sheer black with certain outfits. I do have this one plum knit dress with matching shoes though that just somehow looks better with taupe.

Call me old fashioned, dowdy, whatever...my favorite color of hosiery is white. If I can get away with white hose with an outfit, I do...

I definitely prefer the "suntan" as well. I have hold-up's as well as pantyhose. I like the brand: "Levante". Their ad went something like:"And then one day you'll wear Levante" Who could resist that?
