As some of you might know from my previous posts my wife doesn't know about my cross dressing at all. While she has become used to seeing me with moderately long clear coated nails thats been the limit. Well we were at the store tonight and she wanted a new pair of slippers and I mentioned needing some sandals.

After searching I found a pair of black 2" wedge heel flip flops and dropped them in the cart. She looked at them and said "well if that's what you want okay then"

I was expecting some long lecture about them being womans shoes, but apparently not.

So now I have them to wear around the house and garden I'm wondering what else I could get away with...any suggestions?

Love to all CL

That was brave of you.

Is your wife going to expect you to wear the sandals out and about so as not be a waste of money, or will they just be for around the house? Because if you bought a skirt, would she be expecting you to wear it, or just wonder why you bought it?

You know your wife better than anyone, so if you want to go further, you'll need that knowledge to be honest with her before springing any more surprises on her.

above all else Baby Steps

Keep it small for now would be my suggestion. Paint your toe nails some light pink color and hopefully she accepts that. If you have not done so you should talk to her about your cross dressing.

My wife is very open minded and tolerant of things in fact when she was working for North West in MSP she had a room mate who was a professional drag artist. Dawn (Kevin) would give her make up tips and let her use her wigs when she felt like a change of look.

She even told me that When they went out to the bars no one could tell Dawn wasn't a woman.

Gaven is right baby steps for now and what Donna said about buying a skirt I'd love to as I love the feel of skirts. Next time I give my wife a pedicure I might jokingly raise the subject of painting my toenails...see how it goes.

Thanks girls, I truly love you for your kind words and support.

That is too awesome! I'd start testing at every occasion! "Hey look a sale on sex changes". If that's what you want!! Yeah!!

My wife knows and isn't a big fan so when ever I grab anything femalish I get that "oh hell no you aren't". Sigh...

Same here - wife knows but is definitely anti. When we are out together I tell her I am shopping for something femme and she wanders off and leaves me to get on with it. I tried for over 20 years to get her to accept Susan but have given up now. I wish it could be different but that is how it is with me.

Well I finally got to wear the flip flops out. I have an old hip injury from a car crash and it can be really painful at times. Long story short it doesn't hurt as much when I wear heels and my better half has noticed it so she suggested I wear the heels out.

So it was only to Home Depot and a few other stores but the sheer fact that SHE suggested it blew me away. I'm a happy girl now. *-*

Now if I could figure out a way to get a skirt by her. :-k
