I think we are ok!! They were talking about women... Whew! Lol. And if all the ice hockey and skating I do hasn't screwed up my feet some little heels aren't going to do any more damage!

OK, their calves are not "ruined", they have simply become accustomed to wearing heels. Big deal. If they wear only flats for a few months the tendons would stretch out again. I find that when I wear heels a lot, I feel more comfortable with them too, and that's how I want it to be. I would rather have my legs accustomed to heels than not.
