Leg hair growth

I dress episodically, so my leg hair regrew. Yesterday, I naired from my waist down. A couple of applications and I was nice and smooth.

Today, I can feel stubble. No worries, I'll epilate tomorrow.

Here's my question. After my leg hair grows in, it reaches a certain length and stops, as far as I can tell, unlike the hair on my head. Why the difference? Seems to apply to all hair below the neck.

Another sort of "why the difference question is this: Say you pull a muscle and rub BenGue or a similar product on it. Soon, the affected area feels all warm and tingly ( or maybe your Superior rubbed it on you elsewhere). How come the hand that applies the BenGue doesn't get all warm and tingly?

???

The skin on the palms of your hands and soles of your feet seems to be different from other skin.

Another example is that one seldom gets hives in these places, and when they do appear in those locations it's often considered by doctors to be an extremely serious warning sign.

I suppose your body hair doesn't grow for the same reason some dogs and cats have short hair.

My hair will regrow to it's original length. Have no idea why yours will not.

I have shaved my legs since I was 13 so I really don't know. I do shave only once a week now though.
