I done a little shopping yesterday while the wife was at the doctors, my GOSH I can'not believe the price of women's cloths at the store. Beautiful
was this slik skirt and matching blouse $95.00 !!arg!! .
Hay where are all the Christmas bargins and deals?, only stuff on sale were way way to large for this gal (2X 3X)

That is contrary to what I usually find. Most of what I think is nice and cute is made for size 0-4. At least there is a better selection (slightly) for us larger size gals than there used to be, but the demand is high and you have to be on the spot or face the left overs. Gee, sounds like thanksgiving dinner too doesn't it? Which reminds me, Susan, do you have a holiday in Jolly Old analogous to thanksgiving in the fall of the year? If so, what is the tradition?

Your thanksgiving was to celebrate a surviving a year away from us! No we have nothig much in the autumn, we have fireworks and bombfires on 5th November to remember the foiling of the gunpowder plot, but that's it. We have to wait for Christmas.

On sizing I find that I am a UK 16 (or sometimes 18 ) top or dress but sometimes as small as as a 10 or 12 trouser or skirt size, another reason for dresses in MHO. For best value I tend to do most of my clothes shopping i charity shops.
