Panties

I have spent considerable time trying out different makes of panties. Mostly about what kind of woman's panties are most comfortable to wear on a daily basis.
I have boiled it down to three makes and types of briefs. I am a size 35 waist and weigh 183lbs.
The best is
Jockey traditional high fit waist brief 1372 size 7
Really comfortable and has sufficient room and won't ride up
Second is Vanity Fair Ravissant number 15712 size 6
More room and won't ride up and best feeling nylon
Third is Bali brief microfiber style 803J size 6/7 L.
Slightly snug less room but doesn't ride up either
When shopping for the Jockey I asked the SA what size she thought I would wear, she said 7. I purchased a 5 6 and 7. She was so correct, 7 it is. I say this to not be afraid to ask the SAs advice. Good shopping.

against my moms suggestion, I just don't wear panties. I usually wear pantyhose and some other form of hip and butt enhancement wear and I just don't see the need for something else in the way when I have to use the ladies room!

I actually really like some of the offerings from Tesco of all people! one of the nice things is that when they are on a display rack it is possible to look at them and check the width of the gusset! Sorry to mention the "G" word but I find that is the key to comfort, and "containment". Thongs are just not for me, and bizarrely boyshorts are totally the wrong shape, I find a high leg style is generally the best but many of the more lacy or frilly items look lovely but just aren't practical for a girl like me.

Wacoal are the best and very famine, but costly, I fined Vanity Fair just as comfortable and more practical cost wise,

Weellllll, it's been so hot latley, that I have begun to wear panties. Mom feels better now that I'm not so 'trampy' LOL
I'm sure some of the girls here will be pleased too! Davita wink-wink!
I just got some inexpensive ones, made in China 3 pair for 10 bucks. I got lacey bikini styles that are really cute and feel great. They hold a tuck so I can enjoy my femine feel all day long. I probably won't wear them when I wear pantyhose though, and I'm beggining to feel more complete presenting as female.

Mostly I have VF string bikinis because I can get them at the Reading PA outlet for $3. And they are much better quality than any Walmart/Kmart/cheapo stuff. OK, I am judgemental about my panties
But I have plenty of others too, and actually I need to sort through them and throw out some of the old ones, so that I can buy more
I agree that boyshorts are just totally the wrong shape. I've have a few of my GG friends ask why I don't like them, they seem to think it would be a logical choice. I think they are really cute if you have the right anatomy, but they are not cute on me.
My biggest problem is that I always want my bras and panties to coordinate, so finding the right style and color panty to go with the right color and size bra is not easy.

My favorite is a panty girdle, just makes me feel more fem.

I agree that the panty girdle is best for me but only when I wear girl jeans or girl slacks. The strong girdle helps hide my "parts" and provides for a smooth girl look between my legs.

I prefer the hi thigh cut panty and I do like to wear full cut panties with lace trim and pretty bows

I like to wear control panties; The moderate control type.
I find they have lots of room, and they conceal a lot better
than plane old cotton type.

I myself ware hipsters because of the misses paints I ware, size 13 long they set very low. A lot like the paints I wore in the late 1960 before hip hugger with bell bottom went out of style for men or boys. Don't want my pantys to show.

Good old fashion mid cut from Playtex for this girl, but will admit the quality isn't as good as once was.

A nice nylon or silk (expensive) bikini cut brief is comfortable for me. Don't like the boy leg style as they do not tuck well. Thongs are definitely out.

I have to agree, something in the nature of high cut panties work best. (size 7). . . boy shorts just went down when I walked. . I do find that no matter what sort, they stay up better if legs and derriere are shaved.
