There was some discussion of this in the thread "Thinking about wearing a bra" in the Coping for CDs section.

Basically, a non-wired or soft cup bra in an A cup size works well. And if you need to wear a white shirt, get the bra in the nude or beige color so it won't show through.

Also, if you are wearing white, please wear a flesh tone bra because white shows up underneath white. I also wears a t-shirt bra. It shows less. Bra outlines can be prevented by not wearing a tight tops.
