Tonight my wife was staying with her sister so I figured I'd have a little Shelby time (not that she minds). A few nights ago I invited Shelby out and I was extremely disappointed with her look; so much so that I had to take a break for a few days.

Well tonight I think I nailed it; if I do say so myself... I tried some new make-up items and a new eye shadow pallet; this one had directions on the back telling you what color to put on the lid, crease and brow.
The I tried a new color lipstick; a nice coral color which looked great with the eyes. I put on some nice skinny jeans and a purple blouse. I have some purple airbrushed style fake nails which pulled everything together. I wish my wife was here to see how nice a job I did.

Oh well, it just goes to show you; never give up and never quit. Just get back on the horse; or make-up kit.

Practice, practice, practice.............

Having fun, that's important. Don't forget to take photos and document your journey, it's a great way to help you grow.

As you stated, practice, practice, practice. You need to have the bad makeup times so you know what does not work.
Enjoy the trial and error as you will get the hang of it more and more as you try more.
