thigh high hose!

I like to wear thigh high hose, for several reasons, but my pont for this is that I went to WalMart and picked up a pair of "George" thigh highs. They were about $5.00 but what I like about them is the wide thigh band. Some thigh highs have a narrow band and after a while will begin to cut into you leg. These have a wide = about 3 1/2 inches wide band and should stay up nicely!

Thanks for the tip, Virginia! I haven't seen the George Thigh-Highs at my WalMart SuperCenter, unless they are just now starting to carry them. I've seen them at the Tampa store, though.

I wish all brands of thigh highs were made with the wider bands - who needs to suffer from marks on their legs, or that cutting-in feeling, caused by the narrower bands?

Hmmm.....guess I need to schedule another shopping trip!!!

Hane not seen the wide band top ones yet. The narrow top band ones seem to hold up well for me so far.

I love the George thigh highs. They are about the only ones that seem to fit me well. Yay Walmart.

Here are two other brands that I can recommend:

Hanes Silk Reflections
Berkshire Romantics

I had purchased these at Foleys, which is now Macys. You can catch them on sale and pay around $3.00 a pair. VERY silky soft with an nice wide lace band. Both stay up well, are comfortable, and make your legs look fantastic!

I too like the haynes thigh high. They are long enough to connect to the garters of my panty girdle for extra support if needed.

I had to stop wearing thigh High stockings and go back to regular garter belt stockings. I got a rash from wearing Thigh High's and it took three weeks for the rash to completely dissappear.

I like the George and the Silk Reflections, but most of the time I wear the cheaper ones with the narrow band. What I really think is sexier is the garter stockings, but they would look even sexier if they didn't sag after while because there are only four suspender straps. But trying to find 6 or 8 strap garters is harder than finding 38A bras

There are some nice open bottom girdles (OBGs) and waist cinchers with garters on Ebay and other online sites. There are styles in firm support to light support . Some of the lighter support make the best garter belts as they are wider and stay put better that those cheap ones carried in most stores. If you can even find them in a store near you except around Valentines day.

I have seen garter belts up to 10 - 12, and up to 24.

Do a Yahoo, Ebay or other online search for "garter belt with 12 garters" or what ever you want.
