hair and sun

I have never been much of a sunbather but since being on vacation for the last month I have taken it up, with some questions for those more familiar with it.

Most of my hair is gray with about maybe 20% still the original color. Since being out in the sun a lot, Ive noticed the gray stuff turning almost white and the original color turning almost blond. In addition Ive noticed when tweezing the roots come out a lot more frequently. Is this normal? I thought the bleaching effect might be, but not sure about the other. In addition there seems to be a lot more "fuzz" being generated. Any insight would be welcome!

I can put electrons wherever you want whenever you want, but hair is a little outside my field of expertise.

The turning of color seems normal. I started turning gray when I was 18. Note also that the appearance in light and/or sunlight can be different than the actual color. When I get a hair cut, seems very little of the hair is actually blonde or light brown, yet it appears most is while still on my head. Go figure.

As for the tweezing, I've not experienced it. You are talking facial hair, right? Nor does there appear to be any fuzz sprouting. But, we are all different.

A boy once asked his father:
Why is the hair on your head grey and white, but your beard is black?
Answer:
My son - The hair on my head is twenty years older.
