Do any of you ladies have any tips for completely removing mascara from under your eyes.

I have tried eye maker remover, cremes, lotions, and even q-tips, bit I still can't seem to remove all of the black.

Thanks in advance. I know I will get some good ideas.

I've had good luck using Origins' Well Off so far. I put a little on a cotton pad and hold it over my gently closed eye to let it soak the area, then wipe away gently. So far, so good.

I have more trouble with eyeliner than mascara but it still works if I'm patient and manage to keep my eye relaxed rather that tightly shut. As with any makeup technique, practice makes perfect.

Thanks. I'll have to try some.

Even when I think I have it all off, when I wake up in the morning, I still will have a little black ring under my eyes.

I know what you mean! That's what I get if I'm not patient, and I'm not always certain whether I missed some makeup or I've bruised the delicate tissue just under my eyes. It definitely seems to help a lot if I let it soak in and wipe gently from the inside edge of my lower lid toward the outside edge.

I use Albolene to remove all my makeup. Then follow up with a wash of Noxema. Not had any mascara issues.

Walgreens, or CVS. Other places may carry it, but I got mine at CVS.

DonnaT,
Thanks for the tip on Albolene. A little expensive, but works great on removing the mascara, especially under my eyes.

Found it at the new local Walgreens. Next time I may see if W-Mart has it.

Have used it twice now, and love it.

I know Abolone, its theatrical strength stuff, I have come to really like Neutrogena cream and the towelletts with the cream in them. A bit softer on the skin, and smell more girl. Besides they were endorsed by Angie Harmon, and I lust after Angie Harmon.

I found these makeup remover wipes at Wallmart. For $2 you get 15 and they work great. I usually use only two to get all of my makeup off. Just keep them in a zip lock bag and they fit in your travel bag very easily..

I love using Neutrogena Make-up Remover Cleansing Towelettes. They remove everything and are really easy on the eyes. There are 25 towelettes in the package and come with a plastic tub.

I usually use only one.

I find just the regular ones from the Dollar Store work for me. 30 in a package for 2 bucks.
