A Late Beginning

My first experience with wearing feminine clothing was at age 59.
I went to a party dressed as Charley's Aunt.
It consisted of a beautiful 115" hoop skirt with a very lace filled hooped petticoat, yellow laced pantellettes, a wig with curls, a bonnet , a string purse, earrings and light makeup.
Since that time I have been developing more female characters in my costume inventory namely a Southern belle, a mideiviel Duchess, Martha Stewart, a Grande Aunte and Mrs. Bates.
I have also become an expert impersonator of elderly ladies.
Most of the dressing I do is for costume events, but the desire to dress as a lady has just about taken over my gentlemen characters.
Will post pictures when I am eligible.
Just wanted to share with you.
