LayCee's Arrival

My first experience dressing was when I was about 9 years old. I felt like going for an evening swim in the family pool. When I went downstairs to change into my suit, I saw my sister's one piece hanging where she left it to dry. I have no idea what made me put it on but I did. I also decided that turning on the lights for the pool would not be a good idea and also that jumping and splashing would be just as unwise. So with my sister's swimsuit on, I slid into the water and swam around quietly for a few laps. I still remember how nice that suit felt on both dry and wet! (I did go back into the pool with my own suit on to cover my "tracks".)

Then I began wondering if her ballet attire would feel the same so I hid her tights, top and ballet slippers where I could get them when everyone was sleeping. I put them on in my room and ended up sleeping in them.
Somehow I managed to get them back to her room without them being noticed as missing. I did this several times before getting caught by my mother. Her attitude was basically neutral but I did have to promise not to do it again. She did tell my father and our talk was basically the same. I never got in trouble and our "secret" never went further than that.

I have continued to dress on and off since. After divorcing my first wife and obtaining a place of my own, I would spend the majority of my time as Laycee. I would even wear panties under my male clothes to work and kept my toenails painted.

I have made two public appearances even though I am far from passable. The first was a Halloween party where my ex-wife and our friends wife helped me get ready. I had more of blast than anyone could ever suspect and still remember that evening like it was yesterday! The second one was just me and a friend watching television at his house both dressed en femme.

My female name is Lee Ann Cxxxx (real last name) when dressed and if you just use the initials, it's LAC - LayCee.

I want to come out to my current wife and hopefully will gain the courage and strength to do so when the time is right (she has a lot on her plate right now).

Those of you who are "out", you have my admiration and deepest respect for being strong enough to admit to something most people see as wrong.

Oh, and I almost got caught by my current wife yesterday but that's a different post coming in the future! (That is, as soon as I find the right place for it :P

Thanks for sharing LayCee. Glad you answered my question about your name before I asked it :)

As for almost getting caught, put it in the Coping for CD's section or the Crossdresser Talk if you want.

Hi Laycee,
If you have not figured it out, WE ARE HERE TO SUPPORT EACH OTHER! So don't be bashful about asking, sharing, telling - whatever. You know you are not the first to "be caught" and will not be the last! Share your experience not only for your sisters coming along, but if we can help you and your SO (she is also welcome to share with us - her feelings) we have some of the most open and understanding SO's you will find here who would love to talk with her - even on the phone or I know for a fact that some have even gotten together in person, so here we be!!!!!
I got caught, going to a fireweorks display - speeding 32 in a 25 zone! My sisters here feel that the "cute, young, stud" that stopped me - yes he did give me a ticket too -- just wanted to meet a blond driving a Jag!
So there are other ways to "get caught!"
Keep the faith,
Virginia

Hi Laycee--
I hope you can come out to your wife soon. It can do wonders for your peace of mind, no matter how rough the initial revelation can be. It's understandable that younger CDs believe that they will never find anyone willing to be with them, and so they withhold the information. The older one gets, the more intolerable that can become.

I was intrigued by the second outing that you described. You didn't say, "myself and a CD friend I met at support group." How did you know that your friend would be receptive to doing that?

He was a long time mutual friend of mine and my ex-wifes and we both new of his desire to crossdress. That's why I was comfortable enough to approach him about it (it was my idea). I guess I should have explained that and I'm sorry about the confusion!

Nice Intro story Laycee. Maybe one day you and your wife can have a talk about your desire to dress,
