I've never forgot...about 5 yrs of age went with Mom to a shoe store
to by a pair of summer sandals. Long story short, I wanted a
black patent pair which I was told I couldm't have because
they were "girls"'
Well I've been wearing "girls" shoes
for my entire life, always looking for that pair I never had.
Well, hon, I hope you never stop searching! It has two positive aspects, you get to shop a lot and who knows you may actually find those shoes.
Some of us remember the first piece(s) that we bought and still have them. They may be out of style or not fit but we keep them as a reminder of from whence we came!!

Though I will never pass as a woman, I can still pretend and dress in comfortable clothes and revel in their sensuality.
Seville reminds of of the Flamenco dancers in Spain, my daughter just came back from a trip there. She really enjoyed it, of course why not I paid for it. Anyway, Seville is a a wonderful choice of names, exotic and sexy.
ChristineK wrote:...my wife it kills her because I can wear higher heels than her and not bitch about the comfort level.
Christine, tell your wife it is not the heel height but the angle of the foot. Most of us CDers have larger feet and shoes which makes walking in heels easier due to the angle of the foot and larger area which make it more stable. The greater the angle the more pressure on the ball of the foot.
A possible example would be a size 6-3in may be the same as a size 12-6in. Not actually doing the math.

I am a physically male person that likes to wear feminine clothes at times.
Just trying keep a balance for my self along with keeping my wife and kids in mind.
You are correct! I agree totally, the size and angle changes everything! However the desire to wear and the perceived comfort level or level of discomfort you would agree to tolerate changes dramatically.
I am willing to sacrifice comfort for fashion and believability over comfort. My wife a genetic girl is not so willing. Her and I could wear the same shoe with heel hight adjusted for by shoe size and I would still complain less. Its not that she complains more but that our desire to be her is greater than that small amount of discomfort.
The shoes ARE it. I wear the heels in my house; 4" and 5" ones (secretly of course). My wife has arthritis and all her shoes are flat and orthopedic looking so I have to do it myself to get that girly fix but I don't mind at all.
