Dressing Cassual??

At 6'3" in flats, if I could find some that were big enough, how does one go about dressing cassual. All the shoes I find in my size 15 have at least 3inch heels,which I love wearing, and are not designed to be very cassual.
Also I have found it quite impossible to find womens pants/jeans in a size 10 with a long enough inseam.

Depends on how casual.
You could probably find some pink converse tennis shoes. Converse makes pink ones for men.
The more popular casual shoes seem to be ballet flats. Probably not something one can find except online.
And there's sandals. Some are gender neutral. Pink or red toenail polish makes them fem. You'd probably be able to find some accent pieces at a craft store that could be glued on as well.
