Manchester Concord meet every Wednesday in the Rembrandt Hotel, Sackville Street - time 7pm - 11pm.

I used to be a member of what was then Northern Concord but got disenchanted with the infighting therein. The organisation then split and one side formed the Manchester Concord whilst the others remained as they were.

Sparkle is completely separate from these two groups even though they do take part.

On Monday 21st March 2010 we will be staging a TG fashion show at Trans-pose in Ellesmere Port Cheshire, UK. If anyone is in the area please come and join us, Its been fun preparing for this and I think we may surprise anyone who comes to look as to how good we all look.

Its looking good to be a massive event and yours truly will be on stage around 3pm on the Saturday looking pretty I hope.

My Sparkle plans have gone up in smoke, my wife is in hospital and I do know where my priorities are. No Sparkle for me this year. For those of you who get to go have a great time.

Donna,

Thank you. No its not too serious - a swollen neck that was very painful and didn't respond to antibiotics. She has had a lot of tests (inc that for the big C) but now they think its an abscess and has had it drained much to her relief. We are hoping to have her home tomorrow.
