Upstate New York

Does anyone know of any groups around the Upstate/Central New York area? I've looked around the internet, and most seem to be centered around the NY/NJ/CT region, which is about 5 hours from where I am located.
Any information, that anyone has would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe we should start our own group here in the North Country! Albany is a little far for me, and I only get to Syracuse on family visits now and again. So, it would be difficult for me to get out there en femme.
Now all we have to do, is find a few more of us in this region to get it started! There
has to be more than just you, Jen, and myself up here?!?!? Right?!?!
Oh, well.....Just a thought.
