There seems to be a total lack of girlfriends here in Upstate NY. I was wondering if there is anybody other than me and one or two others out there that would like to keep in touch. I'm midstate and would just like to get to know someone else up here. It's darned lonely living in "redneck" country and seeing all these city girls with all their friends. There's got to be somebody like me up here! Let me know and maybe we can get a small group of us upstaters who can get to know each other.
By the way, I'll be posting my pics later on this weekend. It's a free weekend and a photo shoot is in order! Check back late Sat. night or Sunday am.

Personally, Virginia and I have met many members from the forum - locally and whenever we are travelling in other states, others just by some very long-winded telephone calls - and we have never met more beautiful and friendly people.

I really was more hoping that maybe some members who might be in the area might respond. I really am not that much interested in joining a support group, but just thought maybe someone would feel the same way and maybe respond. My ideal situation?...... having a couple of local friends that could get together on rare occasions to play cards, have a glass of wine and just some fun dress time together. Maybe just one of those once or twice a year retreat type deals. Just a thought.
