My new Shoes

Hi all I just wanted to let everyone know I got my first pair of pumps this past weekend. I got them at Payless Shoes. I was on another errand and the store was in the same strip mall so I went to see if they had anything and in my size. What good luck, I found a pair and they were black ( I wanted a black pair ) so I tried them on and they fit!!! I was in seventh heaven. So I got them. I am wearing them now for the first time with my nylons on and it feels great. I am also mostly dressed in feminine. I feel womenly and wonderful.

It's an addiction...I buy cute shoes & purses on the justification of "Well..ok...if I don't have anything to wear them with, YET...I'll have them if I DO!"

Are there any department stores that have size 11 plus available? I have been unable to find them in most venues. I know they are available online, but they would be more fun to buy in person (as Johanna).

I've seen them in Penny's, Target, and DSW to name a few....when you get above a 12 is when it really gets hard...i happily wear a 9.

I pickup up a pair of heels at Jaque Pinnee's (JC Penny) once in size 11. They just didn't have wides in size 11 in the store. Those came mailorder.

Try Payless Shoes, If you have them in your area, they might have the size you need. Let me know what you find

You can also look them up on thier website and if you find something you like and yes in your size they will send it to a store near you for your pickup, no S/H charges.

I find it so hard to find them. I don't want to mail order them because I have no safe place to have them delivered. I also do not like the web sites that cater to CD's. Their clothes look slutty. I am not trying to look sexy or slutty. I just want to feel (and look a little) like the average girl.

You are so right on that. Most CD sites are a bit over the top. they do not understand we just want to fit in and not be overt about the whole thing.

I really shouldn't characterize it as "slutty". Really, it has it's place in show business, which is more of a caricature of transgender people.

I just want to be the plain girl next door,...not sexy,...hot,....err,...but not ugly either.
