The best give ever

Post by Renee N (SO) »

My H's birthday is coming up and while I plan on getting him something I also want to get something for his other side. So my question is, what is the best present you have been given by a SO or someone else for your CD side. Just looking for some ideas.

I was very touched when my wife took me shopping to find a nice jewelry box. It was an elegant gift that also spoke of her acceptance by giving me a space for my collection that wasn't tucked in a cardboard box, out of sight.

Renee,

Acceptance is the best gift one can give. Aside from that, one can't go wrong with jewelry.

Love always,

Renee

What a gift....acceptance from your SO.

Other than that, a shopping day out and lunch.

Best present

Post by Cindy Michelle »

I don't know your relationship, but the best present i could get would be any kind of clothing, the opportunity to wear it in front of my SO and then a compliment that it really looks cute, or pretty or ?? That's the same old acceptance by your loved one Cindy

You'd need to ask him, as so many of our tastes vary. As mentioned however acceptance is the best gift.

How about you offer to go shopping with him? That's what my wife did until she got to understand my taste, at which point she stopped buying me much of anything. I'm talking about male mode, my wife doesn't do the en femme thing.

Hi Renée,

A girlfriend once painted my toenails for me on my birthday. That was pretty cool. I felt pampered.
