Let's see how much of a list we can create to help us CDers improve our behavior as females while out in public.
What are the small differences in behavior that set a woman apart from a man?
1)He crosses his legs ankle to knee whereas the lady crosses her legs at her ankles or knee over knee.
2)When in woman mode, never slouch, or look lazy. When walking try to keep legs and feet close together, Keep your arms close to your body, don’t swing arms around heaps or look like your practicing your karate and don’t take big steps or try to walk too fast, act reserved. Hold your shoulders slightly up and back, try to stick your bum out a little, When standing don’t lean on things like your leaning against the bar at the pub with your straight friends. Arch your back a little and stick bum out .Other little femme mannerisms like slowly tilting your head when sitting and not blinking much can help, all this can take practice and can not be really taught, any passable CDer worth her salt, learns these things only by experience.
3)When women look at their nails, not their fingernails by the way, (a minor but significant semantic difference in vocabulary) they spread their hands out, palm down and nearly at arms length. A man will look at fingernails, palm up, hand sort of half closed in a mock fist. And usually fairly close to his body.
4)Bending Down A woman bends both at the knees and waist (knees together) to pick anything up from the floor. A man tends to bend mostly at the waist.
5)Women sit by turning slightly sideways, knees together, and then with their back almost straight, slowly, ever so gently, lower their body onto the seat. A man usually backs straight back, sticks out his rear and plops onto the chair.
