Fun way to start vacation
Hi girls. This week I am on vacation. My wife is at work Monay and Tuesday,so I have the house to myself. Yesterday morning(Monday) I left early after she had gone and stopped at a local shoe store right as they opened. The only one in the store was a younger girl( maybe 30?)who had opened. I looked around a bit, then went to her for help. I said that my wife and I had a dare going for Halloween that we would each dress as the other.Sneaky aren't I,
. She kinda laughed but asked me my shoe size. Then we went to the aisle with the womens shoes. They didn't have a large selection, but enough. She asked about casual or what I was dressing as and when she asked about a dress and I said yes,she kinda smiled. Don't know who was more embaressed,me or her standing there. Any way the phone rang and she went about her business as I looked them over and tried on a few. I went with a black high heel that has straps around the ankle. After returning home,I changed into a dark green dress that has light green flowers, panties, bra, hose, and my new shoes. I got to be comfortable like that at least 3-4 hours. And this morning it was back into my fav outfit. I have been keeping watch by the window because my sister in law is supposed to be by sometime.Maybe I will answer the door dressed.Oh well, maybe not.To bad my wife will be home the rest of the week. She knows about me,maybe I could still change the rest of the week. Hope she doesn't mind. Normally she just says do what I want and leave her alone. She has saw me before but not very often or for very long. This would be the longest I would be dressed with her around. Well, must go,having fun here,
Valerie

Hi Donna. Yes I asked her Wednesday ( had granddaughter rest of the week ) and she said go ahead. I was nice and went to the bedroom so as not to be to much for her. She knows and is slowly beginning to be more accepting of my CDing. It was great to be dressed again and know she was in the house, knowing I was that way. I stayed back their awhile doing paper work ( app fpr new job ) and she had to come thru once. She walked thru with her head down, but I know she noticed what I was wearing. She left to the PC room and still talked to me normally, but still is uneasy about seeing me dressed. But it is getting better I think. And for the heels,I didn't have them on then. I haven't told her about them yet,but plan too. I think she is doing better with my feelings and hopefully I can get her to agree to me buying some outfits of my own,
.

Hi Valerie,
Congrats on your outing!!!
I think it's great that you took advantage of your free time.
I also think it's wonderful that you talked to your wife about dressing the rest of the week.
Some people want to force their wive's to participate or swear they don't love them or want to be with them. You are handling things perfectly. You're taking it one step at a time.

Thanks for the comments, beauty. I guess I know her well enough not to push to much. And after our talk a few months ago,she is understanding,as much as she can I guess, that this is a part of me and isn't going away. I just need to take it easy to get where I would like; to get my own outfits and be able to change more often. Hopefully she will be understanding enough to help me along,
Valerie
