A New Theme Song For You Ladies

Post by Lisa(SO) »

I was flipping through the channels and came across this song by Elizabeth Cook and immediately thought of you girls. Jeannie, you will love this.....

SOMETIMES IT TAKES BALLS TO BE A WOMAN

She’s a socialite and a decent housewife and she makes a mean lasagna
So when the mechanic, said “Lady don’t panic, I would never con ya”
She said “I know I don’t need my engine rebuilt, just check the oil and change the belt,
Honey, I know you thought you saw me coming”
Sometimes it takes balls to be a woman

Chorus
Sometimes it takes balls to be a woman
Standing up to the test, wearing a party dress
Sometimes looks can be deceiving when you’re quietly over-achieving
Yeah sometimes it takes balls to be a woman

He said I should repent for the money I spent on shoes and bags and jewelry
I said “To hell with that, my hard working backside ain’t gonna sit before a jury”
“After work I cook and clean it’s true, but if I held my breath I’d die waiting for you to cut the grass that’s a growin’ an fix the tap in the kitchen that needs a plummmin’
Yes, sometimes it takes balls to be a woman

Chorus
Sometimes It takes balls to be a woman
Standing up to the test, wearing a party dress
Sometimes looks can be deceiving when you’re quietly over-achieving
Yeah sometimes it takes balls to be a woman

Good find Lisa. Thanks

Does this mean it takes ovaries to be a man?

Yes, it takes balls to be a woman but it helps if they're covered in lace or satin.
Cute song and oh so true.
Thanks Lisa.

Lisbeth

Well, now that you asked . . .

Would "you" (the GM) be so kind as to experience menstruation (or even childbirth?) . . . just once?!?  :-#

Then maybe ya'll can empathize with your SO when she's having "one of those days." !!arg!! [-o<

Just asking!! :P
