I have been loggin in to check my messages in my alternate e-mail for some time now and there were no notifications of replies to topics, etc. So I checked my profile and lo and behold - I had the wrong e-mail address in it . My apologies to anyone who's been trying to reach me!
I'm sure there's no harm done, Charla. But this might be a good opportunity to remind folks to occasionally check their profiles--especially if their coordinates (e-mail addresses, for instance) have recently changed.
I keep a running list of all the web sites (not that many, as it turns out) I need to visit in order to change my profile info once I've made some changes... even if only to rectify my age.
Like CJ said, no harm done, and this is a good reminder for all the members to check their profiles and make sure their listed email address is correct, as having an active email associated with your account at the Forum is a requirement.
Any emails sent to a member through the Forum with an incorrect address (and thereby rejected) do end up finding their way to the Site Admins' email Inbox, and then we'll take additional action.
