Well, I guess it does... if you don't mind being "four-eyed" and having your bumpers "stick out to there"!

Paula K

Post by PaulaK »

My first name is not Paul, and my last name does not start with a K. My actual name is androgynous. (I was named for my Aunt.) There was even a very minor female entertainer of the very same first and last name when I was growing up.

I chose my femme name because of an attractive woman supervisor I once had. She HATED the name "Paula" because it was so ORDINARY, and eventually had it legally changed to one she made up. Then she got married and her last name changed too. I felt sorry for the name, which seemed perfectly feminine to me.

So when the time came for me to order clothes by mail, I chose to use her first name and the initial of her maiden name for myself.

And, when I got on the Internet, and found I needed a femme name, there was only one choice.

I choose my names on a ying- yang theory of good and evil. Amelie, for that cute, sweet French girl in the movie of the same name. AND Laveau after the Voodoo Queen of New Orleans. I'm sort of schizo while most CDs have a male and female counterpart within them, I have two female identities fighting it out. You will mostly here from Amelie. She,s happy, she likes being at these sites. Laveau on the other hand you will not here from, she does not use the computer. She's the one that wants to go out and mess with peoples heads, tease the men, uses people then dumps them. Laveau is artistic, she's the sculptress, Amelie is practical, she's the seamstress. I am just glad most of the time I'm Amelie.

I chose the name tracy for a, possibly, trivial reason. Although I have only actually been using a femme name for a couple of years, I chose that particular one because a Girl i worked with at my first job from leaving school, was called Tracy. She was as tall as me (5' 10) and still wore heels, not caring how tall she was in them. So, when i was thinking of a femme name, Tracy sprung to mind. Dont know what you think of that reason, but there it is anyway

Love Tracy xxxx

I chose mine because it's my first name. Is that cheating?
