Hmmm, very good question.
I would probablly not go all the way. I am happy being who I am, and unless I really want to make that change I don't feel anyone has that right to make that choice for you or force you to make that choice.
How would you respond? (A Silly Hypothetical)

We have discussed changes that are made for each other. On the whole I will not ask her to change anything unless it leads to better health. This step while leading to her better mental health, would leave mine in places unspoken that I may decide not to return from.
I shall not endeavour to change that much for anyone except me if I choose to.
