Thanks Frances, that was kind. Once you post a pic, its OUT there, so I do understand the nervous feeling. After awhile I just said the heck with it..its me, and not being naughty. It does help to have someone taking pics for you and actually, candid, unposed pics seem more fun. But thank goodness for digi cams....poloroid was way too expensive

And yours look great also..so as the vain T-godess said..."go forth and take my pic"

Hi All,
I just added 3 pictures to my album and updated my avatar.Being the computer genius that I am(insert laughter now) I managed to deleted everything I already had in there.Oh well,I guess there is nothing wrong with a do over

I just wanted to say thank you for the comments on my pictures. I enjoy reading them and think that it is wonderful that you have taken the time to make a thoughtful remark. For someone who never thought it possible to post a picture of themselves your comments have given me confidence and well you have certainly made me feel less frightened to be seen. You girls have made me feel so accepted, please don't hesitate to express your thoughts.

well i took the leap of faith in all of you and posted three pictures from my past.....if i survive the fear of it all i will add more in the future and bring the album current.

i'm not really sure what the protocol or expectations are for photos. i do know that some folks have a bias to photos that are completely unretouched while others seem to enjoy making all the changes required to get the maximum feminine affect.

mine are not untouched but they are me as i would appear .....that is as i would appear in about 1 of every 50 snaps of the camera!! thank god for my digital camera, it saves the small fortune i used to spend on developing film only to get one or two that i liked.

of course i'm eager as heck to get positive feedback, but i will gladly accept any feedback that is intended to help!

I added a few pictures. I wanted to see how little makeup I can wear and still look good. I see all to many CD videos and how to s that apply so much makeup. Its heavy and uncomfortable.

In the close up I have on a tad of eye shadow and pink lip gloss that's it.
I have been taking a lot of pictures seeing for me what works and what looks good to me.

Added one from my trip to Key West....its a 2 1/2 hour boat trip each way so had to dress casual. 100' Cat could do 30 kts and with a 20 kt wind...ummm...I stayed in the cabin so my hair wouldn't "swim with the fish". What a great place Ft Jefferson is...civil war era fort way out in the Gulf of Mexico. Oh well...more pics to come. BTW, I think the captain fell in love with me, but I'm holding out for someone richer
