A little less hip

Post by KimberlyS »

Here is a situation I never thought of. Yesterday I had some out and about time after meeting with a client. My first femme stop after my client was a Salvation Army thrift store, then Home Depot followed by a Dress Barn. My normal mix of places. But on my way into Kohl's I felt a bit lopsided. I was missing one of my hip pads. I had a sudden moment of panic and embarrassment followed by where to even begin to start looking for it. I quickly decided there was no way I would find it with out a lot of back tracking. So I just continued on pulling into the first restroom I came to and pulled out the other one and put it in my purse.

As an after thought I gotta wonder about the person that found it. Especially if it was in Home Depot. I can picture some guy finding it and going "I wonder what this is" as he asks his co-workers. Do I go check the lost and found at the stores and see if anyone turned it in? :P

LOL , that walks a bit off.

Has anyone else lost any padding? Hip, butt, chest?

At first I thought maybe mine moved to the back. But no such luck. For me I do not need any more on my belly.

It happens to us all. We get to a certain age, and we realize we're just not "hip" anymore. rotf
