OK I am sorry but Carol is on top of the world again. Our grandson has been off with friends and I have had two days (24/7) as Carol.

My wife said you need your time go for it and I did, yes 24/7 even sleeping in my baby dolls.

Now there is a down side to this as for what ever reason my feet are killing me. Other then that I was in 7th heaven.

Oh I just love it so much @@9@@

I know what you mean. I have been en fem 24/7 for the last three days. Being out of work, I have a lot of time on my hands and my wife is encouraging me to dress because she has seen it help me with the stress of being unemployed. I have a Job Fair to go to tomorrow morning but just as soon as I get home, I will be changing back to JoAnn.

I hope you are enjoying yourself as well as I am enjoying myself. Doesn't it really feel great. Not sure how open you are but wife and I went grocery shopping yesterday and the day before we went to the Mall with me fully dressed.

Over the past week or so I have shout myself some lovely new nighties, after a purge of nighties about 2 years ago, much to my regret.

If anyone is motivated to purge their lovely clothes etc, my suggested is just put away carefully, you never know when you are really going to them again. :( :(

Hi Carol Ann--
It's good to hear about your two days. School is not too far off, and your grandson will be back there soon.

It is so neat that a lot of us get an unexpected schedule to dress up. I'm sure it helps to make life seem a little easier. As for the job situation, I'm sorry you're in between things, but better times a coming ( I'm sure!!!!! ) as for my self, I know the feeling all to well. Fortunately I am at the age I am and when told "we can't afford you anymore" ( wasn't put that blunt ) I opted to take early retirement. Also fortunate that I have several supplements to go along with the early retirement as I lost almost 35 % of what I should be getting. Well anyway, as it was said in a Christmas movie, "it's a wonderful life ". At least I get a lot more Diana time now. :)

Yes, me too (laid off), since late May. Too old and fat to find a job; too young to just retire.

But yes, I'm having a lot more time now to dress exactly as I please, and to enjoy our sorority here on this forum. So far, the SO is fully supportive, and yesterday even tolerated my fully populated brassiere at the dinner table. A wig still freaks her out, as would me leaving the house en-femme.

I only ever put on pants to go outside (shopping, medical care, etc.) or to receive guests. It isn't that I feel I have to be en-femme. It isn't that being en-femme does anything magical for me anymore. It is sometimes more work and/or a little less comfortable to be en-femme, though I have been known to get sloppy/lazy about makeup/shaving/hosiery/hair. For example, I'm bra-less at the moment.

It's quite an addiction I guess. I can quit anytime I want. I just never ever want to go back to drab, even when my feet hurt, and my bra is killing me.

Hugs,

Bernice
