Hi Ladies,
Just got home and reorganized after my week in Atlanta. I wanted to do regular post from SCC but the hotel wanted $10/day for internet. What I paid for my room it should have been included. As last year it was a wonderful week of meeting old friends and making new ones. The seminars are interesting and informative, and there are plenty of activities for the evenings. There were over 400 first time attendees this year. not sure what the total attendance was, but we were a large group.
It is a great time to wear those outfits that you might not otherwise get to wear. I did not make the Wed. day outing to get my nails and make up done but I did make the Wednesday night trip to Agatha's dinner theater. A trip I recommend to all. the jokes are silly, but you get to meet new friends right away. Thursday night was dinner at the steak house. Friday is always a party at the hotel or a trip to a local club. Saturday is the formal dinner and then dance party, and the band this year was great.
