How many of you have worn women's perfume to you male job?

Hi girls,
Just another silly question I have been wondering. There has been several times I deliberately wore my wife's cologne or perfume to work just to see if anyone would notice and I just love how it smells(White Shoulders). Only thing that was a bummer is that I acclimated to the smell, so I could not tell when it wore off. I kept smelling my wrists all day long.
Love to all,
Elizabeth

I'm not out at work; so no, I'm afraid I haven't. Perhaps something very subtle would be safe enough--I'm not sure.

I don't often wear any kind of scent, as I have allergies, but I can occasionally get away with something light. I used to borrow my wife's Hawaiian White Ginger, and never got any negative comments about it.

Hi!
I have and it was quite by accident. Instead of cologne or perfume I have a friend who makes fragranced body spray. She used to be really good about making them different colors so I could tell which was which without reading the label. Well one order she got the colors backwards and for 3 straight days I put the wrong scent on and didn't have enough time to shower before going to work. At first I caught a huge amount of ribbing about it but when I changed back to my guy scent the women said they liked my Tommygirl scent better so that's now what I wear to work. Who am I to argue!
Hugs,
Stef

Deborah has!!! Of course different situations call for different scents. Church would be more subtle than the movies. I love "White Diamonds" and Chanel too! It the same ole agrument! Who is going to ask you to wash the scent off as it "offends them?" Screw - you, Jack! If I like the smell then I wear it! and I love the feminine smells!
If you are asked politely what you are wearing, I tell them, but you also know that the better perfumes will take on a slightly different odor on different body types, so if you plan on spending the "big bucks" try if first, you may not like the results. At the perfume counter, put it on one wrist and the other, (two at a time works best) walk around the store or mall for a while and continually test smell and see what works!
Love,
Deborah

Yes I have, but not the strong ones. No one has ever commented. I spray it directly on my clothing, it lasts for along time that way.

I have not worn perfume to work, but I have worn scented body lotion. I usually apply it after I shave.
Nobody has noticed but its a more subtle scent and usually covered by my clothing.

My wife and I are allergic to perfume/cologne so my reply is no.
If you can wear it, more power to you!

I think it could easily be interpreted by one’s coworkers the same way lipstick on your neck might be interpreted — as evidence of a little hanky-panky behind the water cooler ....

lol.. Good point Jamie Ann. I never would have thought of that until I became the hot topic of convo about me having an affair with whoever they decided to pin me too.
