" ma'mm" for the first time

Post by Kristen »

Hi girls, Went for a 15 minute walk tonite, then a ride went to a grocery store that was closed but has pop vending machines outside front door. Parked the car, walking(struting) to the front door and heard music and people talking but with my eyestight could not see any one. I got about 30 feet from the door and a young man said " ma'mm, ma'mm!! they are closed" I shook like a leaf, and answered I'm just getting a pop. and he said , " oh. okay" and he smiled. I was so proud that he called me ma'mm. And smiled too. I was shaking so much that I could barely get the money into the machine, but I struted all the way back to the car. Such a feeling to be mistaken for a woman. I like it alot. Gettin more confident in the way I look and this helps alot. Want more.........Keep similn, keep dressin, keep postin........Kristen "ma'mm" ( spelling?)

Hi Kristen--
Yeah, those "ma'ms" can really be sweet on the ear when they come. (I'm not sure about the spelling at this point, either.) Keep building that confidence.

*-* Very cool Kristen! :) *-*

I haven't ever been out enough to run into someone who'd call me ma'am. :) I think that's pretty freaggin' awesome. I'm kind of curious, like Sophie about the voice you used.

Sophie that's kind of funny about the bloke on the bike. :) How did you feel afterwards?

Congrats again Ms. Kristen! :)

Sophie, Beauty, That's quite a funny thing to happen to both of us he same night. Sound like you passed with flying colors. It was so awsume, the most feminine I have ever felt.
I was so startled by him that i didn't use but my own voice. I have a rather fem voice anyway so no big deal. I get teased at work, about having helium with me. so if I speak softly I can sound like a woman without even trying.
That went so well that I went out again this morning , went to walmart to get dounuts, I was walking in and noticed an old boss of mine shopping, so I ducked out of there , went to a burger King and got coffee. I was waited on by a group of young girls at the money window I just kept smiling. I don't think i was read. I'm really proud of that because my exwife always said how rediculous I looked. So I am showing myself that she was wrong, and maybe wrong about other things too. Then when I got my coffee from a young man he was so polite and so careful when he put the creamers in my hand and thanked me for coming by. What a different treatment way of gtting treated. I like this part alot. This is just so woderful iI am having such a good time with this i could of never done this without the foum and all you lovely, lovely girls. thank you for making me such a Ma'mm. I will be going out again tonite or tommorrow morning. I can't believe how much fun this is. Keep smilin, keep dressin, and keep postin......kristen

Quite cool actually lol Funny thing was I was walking down the road just after thinking about the fact that I actually spoke and then a car beeped and a bloke wolf whistled out the window lol

I just started playing with my hair cos the wind was blowing really bad last night. Was, for me the most fun night that I've ever gone out :) I'm building up to the big one of going out to somewhere other then just walking around :)

*hugs*

Kristen,

I am so happy for you. I know how great it feels. I got my first Ma'am at the courthouse after filing my divorce, a security guard opened a door for me and said "there you go ma'am". He was right behind me and could not see my face as he reached forward to open the door for me. But it was great both getting a door opened for me, and being called ma'am.

I have to say, it will make you want to go out more. I totally understand what you mean about having the money put into your hand gently. Like I said, I for sure get treated better when I am out dressed en femme, even though I am no where near passable. I don't wear a wig, or breastforms.

I think it is because 1) I am really happy when I am doing it and it makes me smile my natural smile and 2) I think it makes me non-threatening to both men and women.

I would just like to add that just as happened with me, I am seeing others go out dressed and have positive experiences, showing that society is much more accepting of us than we thought they would be.

Kristen, You go girl. Now you know the feeling, I am sure like me, you will get hooked on being who you were meant to be in public.

I am very proud of you and thankyou for sharing with us, it is very uplifting to me.

Love always,
Elizabeth

That must have been a great and uplifting feeling. Most people out there will give you respect, whether you pass or not. But in your case it was definitly passing.
Now, the next level of passing is when someone pinches your behind.
So, cheers to you Kristen, and watch your bottom.
Love Amelie

I usually go around in "ignore" mode so somebody might have said ma'am and it didn't register, but the first time it did, it was a police officer! (it had a nice ending -- no ride in a police car! )

Girls, I can't tell you how excited I was to come home from work to log on and see what all of you would say. To say the least (I'm very emotional these days) I am so touched by all of you, the posts have been just as exciting, as the outing. I can honestly say that if it weren't for all of you and your struggles and overcoming them and sharing them here ,I would of never thought of, let alone do the things I did last nite. It is the most exciting I done in a long time. I appreciate all of you, your comments and encouragement. I think a group hug is in order, 1 ana 2 ana3. Wasn't that wonderful. Where Bobby and Sissy when you need them. Thank you all for caring so much. Again Iam truly touched.

Alexandra, It's funny you should mention that your in ignore mode, Because when he said ma'mm the first time it did not register, I was walking toward him and he said it the second time it dawned on me that he was talking to me. It's so crazy to put forth so much effort to looking like a woman , then you called a woman and you are clueless. I did have a blonde wig on though.

Amilee, Pinching my behind? If I ever do I will find you and pinch yours, then we can go out to see who gets more pinches.

Elizabeth, To get praise from you is an accomplishment in it self. I have held you in high regard ever since you and i started here. thank you for being the rock behind my outings. You 've had more to do with these outings for me than you will ever know. Thank you my friend.

Beauty, I have been intimidated by your very cute avatars, and have strifed to look like you since first coming here. The job you do here is way cool and takes somone with people skills, a lot of moxey, and pesistence. Thank you for having this wonderful place for all of us.

Sophie, You are such a cutie and so nice to post with you I look forward to your outfits and will always be jealous of the way you look. When i was younger in high school and I hated my voice because it was alwayss so girlish. I never thought I would see the day when my voice is an asset. I talked to a girl when I was in my twenties, every monday for 2 years, for about 1/2 hour, when I said goodbye to her , She told me that I never knew you were a guy I thought all this time you were a girl. So i 've never consider my self lucky with this voice, thank you. NOW I DO. Your booting buddy, .........Kristen
