Thank you ALL for the advice - I certainly didn't expect it to attract this much attention.

The character of Velma is played by actress Linda Cardellini, now on ER as a petite blonde resident. The Velma character is a good alter ego for me.

Ok, on advice from my fibro sister Elizabeth (hugs!) I will stick with what I've got.
