Hi girls,

This question may have been asked before, but having read many of the wonderful posts during my few weeks on this site, I have not come across it yet!!!

I just wondered if you girls had a preference for thongs, as opposed to full brief panties or no real preference? Unfortunately this is one subject amongst others, I cannot discuss with my wife.

My wife swears by thongs, where as I love the look and feel of full brief (high leg) panties. I brought a pair of thongs to try for myself and found them uncomfortable, don't get me wrong through thongs are sexy, just not for me.

I also think they look better on gals because they don't have any extra packaging. So it looks very smooth and pretty on them.

In Australia a thong is an item of footware like a sandall
it is a flat peice of 3 ply coloured rubber cut out to the shape of a foot with a strap comming up between your big toe , it divides into two straps that run across the top of your foot and connect near the back the back.

If I were to wear them in place of undies , I dont think I would hide much.

I love wearing thongs and I find them very comfortable, though I must agree with Beauty when she says they look better on gals!

I have one thong. It is a combination thong/garter skirt. I found it suprisingly comfortable. I would suggest a shave, however, back there

I don't find thongs all that uncomfortable, however I have not the courage yet to wear them with the extreme miniskirts that are my favourites. I think I may try a thong with my floor-length skirt this wknd, but heretofore I have only worn them around my own apt.

I do however have a very sexy pair of full-brief panties with a fishnet rear (yes, you heard me ) that I have worn out.

Well ladys I really don't care for them but my wife purchased 3 pairs for me and preferes that I wear them as she loves to tease me by running her hand under my dress or skirt Carol Ann

Yes. I agree. I think that is the best way to enjoy them, if you are going to attempt to wear them (over hose).

I absolutely adore thongs. I have several pair of thong panties, as well as thongs made for men. They have always been very comfortable for me. Really, if you get them in the right size, it will hardly feel like you are wearing anything at all. But lately, I've thought abou t experimenting with some of those boy short panties that are all the rage these days.

Merinda, what you're talking about is called a "thong sandal", or more commonly, a "flip-flop" (at least here in the US). What they're talking about are thong undies, a sort of bikini panty with just a little cloth up front and along the sides, and only a little strip (thong) of material running back up between your butt cheeks.

I can wear them, but sometimes the thong rides up. It can be very unsettling.

It's alright Ladies I understood Merinda's little joke. Here in Australia what you ladies overseas call thongs we call G-strings. Quite a chuckle when my guitarist said he need to change his g-string, and he was talking about the one on his guitar. At least I think he was Yes Thongs in Australia are what you ladies call Flip Flops.

As for me I have a few that I can tuck with. I do find them comfortable, but if I have worn one all day I find around mid evening they do tend to dig in. Apart from that they are rather comfortable and very sexy.

I have a couple, but don't wear them much. I much prefer a bikini brief...lace trimmed if you don't mind.

Well, I just can't resist a thread about panties. Anyway, I like thongs, ok, but they get uncomfortable, to me, after a while, and I too think they are great on GG. My preference is low-rise bikini panties. Here lately I've also been getting into the boy shorts panties. So far, I like Bali Studio or Bali International (are they exactly the same?) boy short panties the best, but there are still lots of brands to try! Yippee!
