As I was sitting here catching up on posts. I had a interesting thought run through my mind. Now how many of you have seen Rocky Horror Picture Show? Or would it be better to ask how many have not?

I was thinking about the songs from RHPS and realised that Sweet Transvestite is my favorite song from the movie. Well I have been watching the movie for years now as my mother, sister, and I love the movie. We love it so much my sister and I bought the two disk DVD for my mother when it came out. I remember one day I was singing Sweet Transvestite for no good reason other then it was rattling around in there, and I was told I should not sing the song by my mother, "As it may give the wrong impression."

Now I wonder is it my favorite song from RHPS because I crossdress? Maybe not. Do I crossdress because of the movie? No, that is like saying that video games cause people to be violent. (That is a topic for another board)

I'm willing to bet quite a few CD/TG girls first went out at a RHPS cult gathering.

Sadly I have never seen it in a theater. I do how ever know most of the CA audience particpation events. I say CA as there is a difference between states.

Gaven, in your first post you mentioned TWO DISKS in the DVD package for RHPS. I checked my copy and there is only one disk! Perhaps there is a special edition available. Can you kindly tell me what's on the 2nd disk?

Since we're on the topic of movies, I suppose we all have a copy of "Hedwig" and "The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert" in our DVD libraries too, eh?

The second disk has the VH1 special about the history of RHPS, and other things of that nature. I was not aware that they sold it with out the other DVD. Oh well live and learn.
