Well, this should be interesting tonight!. My T/S pre-op friend Brandi, got word yesterday that her grandfather had died. They were evidently not real close, but she has two brothers, one of whom supports her during her transistion and the other who seems to spend a lot of time in jail for various things. He even came out and tried to paint her house, all he managed to paint was the word "Fag." He was arrested shortly after that for some other crime. Anyway he is out and the obiturary mentioned three grand children and I think 5 greatgrand children and this guy was fairly well known around here, so Brandi wants me to accompany her to the "reception" tonight as a lot of "family" are not aware of or know of or have met Brandi, plus if her brother shows up - well she thinks it could get ugly and she just does not want to deal with that in public.
No, Virginia will not be there, as her "butt kicking" abilities would be a bit limited in a tight skirt!!!
I don't think anything will happen, but one never knows, I will let you know how it turns out.
Love,
Virginia

Love Darlene.

Let's hope he has some common sence and does not act out is this situation. Try not to break him in to too many pices, if he does. Two pieces should be enough.

Good luck, Virginia. Maybe Brandi could visit him the next time he is in jail and drop a word to his cellmates that he likes boys.

Hi Virginia,

It's kind of cool that you can turn on a dime like that because of your incredible strength. That is way cool. :) I've said it a lot, Brandi really has a great friend in you. :)

Well girls, it turned out to be a "Non-event." Brandi's wayward brother did not show and she got to introduce "Brandi" to several aunt's and uncles and cousins that had not met Brandi and it seemed to go very well and she was well accepted. Boy, whas she nervous at first, not only because her "wild" brother might show up (he evidently made quite a scene at their mother's funeral last year) a lot of the family had not meet or seen Brandi and as I said she was well accepted. We hung around for about an hour then went to Appleby's - great night!
