Dinner and a movie

Hello ladies,

I know I haven't posted much in a while. I've been busy planning for my upcoming move. I recently purchased my first home (a condominium). Also, I've been spending alot of time with my girlfriend.

This past weekend my girlfriend was out of town. I decided to make the most of my opportunity. Saturday night I got together with two of my TG friends. We went out to dinner at a Thai restaurant, and then went to the movies. It was my third time dining out en femme, and my first time at the movies.

At the Thai restaurant nobody stared at us or bothered us in any way. I'm not sure they even read us. We were all dressed casually and we blended in really well. One of my friends was en drab because they were having laser hair removal done and they couldn't shave, so it looked like two women and one man out for dinner together.

We arrived at the theater just as the commercials were showing, so it was already semi-dark when we entered. We saw the movie "The Big Fish" starring Albert Finney, Ewan McGregor, Billy Crudup, and Jessica Lange. It was directed by Tim Burton. I enjoyed the movie, and recommend it to anyone looking for a light movie dealing with family issues and tall tales.

Hello Sharon. Glad to see a post from you, and have an update on the girlfriend situation. :) Sounds like you had a nice time with your friends, and I for one will keep your movie recommendation in mind. I hope your move goes smoothly as well.

Look forward to more from you later.

Hi there Ms. Petite. :) :)

It's very cool you got to go out again dressed. You are definitely showing how comfortable with dressing and going out you are these days!!! You've gone out en femme almost more than I've gone out en drabbe. :)

I think you do a great job and I hope you inspire others to dress for the occasion and get out and explore the world.

There's no doubt you've tempted me. :) But I'm still too chicken. :P

Is the person who's having laser hair removal going to the person in the TGEA newsletter?

I'm glad things are going great with you and your new gal!!!! =D>

Hi Sharon,

I really love your little account of dining out and going to a movie. It shows how natural and innocent going out en femme can be. Maybe, I'll do that sometime soon--I hope.

Hugs,

Laura :)
