Dressing with Male Articles when en Femme

Have you noticed that sometimes a woman can wear something obviously male and look darned cute in it? I'm talking about the girls who wear something male and it accentuates the differences in body shape.
There's a knack to this, of course. The secret is to wear something waaay big or kinda tight in the chest or hips--in other words, not the way a man would probably wear it.
The waaay big look makes you think, "it probably belongs to her boyfriend and she borrowed it."
When I decided recently to upgrade my exercise wear, I wanted a look that is comfortable and sexy en femme, since I exercise en femme, particularly walking around the neighborhood. I knew leggings would be a mainstay of the look, and I found a store that sells them cheap. (If you want leggings and other stretchy things to fit tight, you buy them to fit, not by the size).
But what kind of top to wear with leggings? I had a couple of short dresses, but those are too dressy for most exercising. And a short t shirt over leggings just wouldn't work (for obvious reasons).
Then it hit me--go to the big and tall man's store, and look for t shirts in really tall sizes! It worked. I was able to find tshirts in humungous sizes--they come well below the groin and look more like dresses than shirts. They hide a multitude of sins (giggle) including my belly. And the loose tshirts make a nice contrast with the tight leggings.
When I wear them, nobody messes with me--they can clearly see what an OX my boyfriend must be!
Then I saw IT! A sweatshirt in the same long humungous size! Loose and comfy as a fleece bathrobe, it's perfect for cold-weather walks, or just cold mornings. Have it on now in fact. Mmmm, nice and warm! And best of all, it doesn't make me look like a guy! Not hardly!
