how many other CD'S like going out in the wind? for me having a soft silky skirt or dress blow around in the wind feels great. one time I wore a super full skirted prom type gown outside in gale force winds and thougth I was going to get blown away, it was flying every where even up over my head, it was impossible to control it but was fun trying

Hi Julie,

I haven't ever tried it, but the way you described the way you felt when it happens was really cool! :)

I have gone out on the porch on dark evenings with the wind blowing some. The way a cool breeze hits your legs is very nice indeed. Popular probably long before Marilyn Monroe made it popular. Enjoy :)

I've done it Julie, and it is nice. The wind blowing and reminding you that you are wearing a skirt as the skirt flaps upon the thighs.

I enjoyed it for the first time last night, went into our backyard, which I fenced in this summer. There was a nice breeze!

Hi Julie,

I live in an area where the wind blows all the time, so I have to hold my dress or skirt down all the time. YES!!!!!! The wind blowing between my legs and also the feeling of the wind cooling the material of the dress or skirt down feels great, particularly when the dress or skirt is made of a delicate fiber.

Love always,
Elizabeth

reminds of the lines from a song

"caress me baby, like the winds carress the trees"

It's a blues written by that very prolific artist, "traditional" It got to be old and traditional for a reason I guess

I love to do it as well. Wearing stockings adds to the sensation.

Last year, as one of our weekly hurricanes approached, I had the house secured and was bored awaiting its passage. On a whim, I went outside in my long nightgown and peignoir. The wind was about 35 mph with no rain yet. I know it was silly....but fits into the category of "something I wanted to do". It was rather fun, and an amazing feeling. If i can find the pic i took, I'll post it.

I love it too!!! I love walking outside when I'm in my beautiful chiffon ball gown, it falls to the floor. When I'm on a windy night though, its sensational. I do agree, wearing anything long and floor length, skirts or dresses anything is such a gorgous feeling with the wind.

Another subject that we all can agree on!

I also enjoy that feeling so much... the best is the fall and winter. Wearing a soft, knee length skirt with smooth shaved legs and silky stockings on... feeling the cool breeze against my stocking covered legs and under my skirt. I just have to stop and think about all the other women that are feeling that same sensation at that very moment.

Yes, the feeling of a wind beneath my things is a joy to behold. Unfortunately, it's also conducive to seeing your wig flying off like a piece of tumbleweed. rotf
