Treasures (2nd Hand)

Post by Lydia »

Hi all,

Just some news that I have to share with my sisters here. As a preface, my SO has recently lost a fair amount of weight - down about two sizes. So a new wardrobe has been accumulating. The rejects fit me perfectly. And I am pleased to be down to a Chico size 3 (a 12 or 14 elsewhere).

I have suddenly increased my wardrobe by a quantum leap. The stuff is good, and good-looking, and probably more costly than I would have paid for. Tops and pants, mostly, and styled conservatively. These are things that I feel I could wear without attracting undue attention - when and if I get to exposing my carcass en femme to the outside world.

At any rate, I am a happy CD, and want to pass the good feelings along to my friends.

Hugs,

Lydia

Wow... That's great Lydia!
A new wardrobe without the cost and time of shopping.

My wife on occasion has offered me some of her hand-me-downs, but usually the fit isn't good. She's short and wears mostly petite size clothes.

Oh, well... guess that keeps us from borrowing each others clothes!

Problem with most of my wife's things, they aren't my style. Plus she rarely wears a skirt, and had to borrow one of mine the last time she wore one.

That sounds great. I have gotten some great clothes second hand. Mostly as rescues from the second hand store bag. I love when family and friends have stuff to send to Salvation Army or Goodwill. I always take the time to look through them first to see if there is anything that will fit me and I like. Nobody has figured out why I love to take clothes in.

Hi Lydia--
That sounds great, and I hope that you do get to wear them out soon. (taking that new ATM/debit card with you, of course!) :)
