My wife and I are planning a weekend getaway for after the holidays, we thought it would be fun to hit the outlets in the Rehoboth Beach area. She wants to update her closet and I, well, I need a closet. She also promised me that she would help me prepare for my first outing.
I was wonderering if any of you girls know of any TG friendly resturant/clubs in that area.

Gerri, this weekend will be a first visit to Rehoboth for Joann. She's traveling with a credit card and on a shoppin mission........ I will let you know next week how it was.

We just got in a little bit ago........... wonderful weekend, started with a ferry ride across the bay, tons of shopping, two days worth. Now to the good stuff........... Firstly, i'm a bit shy, so I tend to go out late afternoon and evening. Usually a stroll around the area, only in Rehoboth, up and down main street! Through the little shopping centers......... just a great time. So, I finally encouraged my wife enough to go out to dinner with me (Joann). Where to go.......... I stopped in a shop called "out gear"...... the owner was very helpful when I asked her where I could go dressed and not expect any trouble............ she was a bit comical......... you couldn't be gay right......... 8-)......... so anyway, "The Purple Parrot" was the first choice.......... openly gay restaurant, good food, and treated like a lady. I can not reccomend Rehoboth enough............ go, enjoy, and don't forget to hit the outlets, I was in and out of at least ten stores and felt femme 100%.
