Ms. Fielden's 2007

Well, SL and Virginia will probably be heading back to Fielden's this week-end. The CD that won last year cannot run again, so it will be all "Drag Queens" in competition this time, but it is a good time.
Other surprises are planned as well, but not finalized; will be very interesting.

Hi, Stormy -

I know that Virginia wasn't last year's winner - that would have been Miss Nova, the only CD that competed against drag queens and won! *-* =D> *-* =D> *-*

As for surprises - if Virginia is planning on entering the contest, then that would be a surprise for me, too! Not that she couldn't win, IMHO, but just that she's never mentioned it! Guess we'll just have to wait and see what her surprise is going to be!! :-k

I hope everyone that attends has fun.

As it now stands, I doubt I will be able to attend the event.

Don't forget, the doors open at 11PM and the contest starts at midnight. If you want a seat, get there early, as there is very limited seating, and standing in heels all night is a pain.

Just a note: the Miss Fielden's contest includes acts/performances usually done by drag queens/ female impersonators, etc. Last year's winner, Nova, is neither a DQ nor a CD. She's TS and transitioning.

Also, DJ Bruce's 80's Dance Party will be going on as well. Not sure how they have that worked out, but it's probably following the contest.

It's bound to be a lively night.

I sincerely apologize - I did not mean to lead anyone on! It was just a poor choice of words on my part! It really is not a surprise, at least for anyone on the forum. I may at a later time relate what it was I was referring too, but perhaps now is not the best time. We will just see how it goes and I may report the results later ------ and I may not!
Sorry for any mis-directed concerns I may have caused.
Love you all,
Virginia

Thanks, Kyra
It was more of a "blond moment!"
However, SL seems to like the "catch and release" aspect
