To the Club!!!

Post by Virginia »

Well, SL and I went to the local "cosmopolitan" club here Sunday night. It was her first time and I had never been on a Sunday night. I knew that they usually had entertainment on Sunday nights, but did not know about this Sunday, so we just showed up about 10:00pm. I introduced SL to Savannah, a CD who works the coat check and gift shop area then we went in and sat at the bar. "Billie" is one of the bartenders and she is either and FI or CD, I did not ask her - Yet! She was dressed rather conservatively, black skirt, white blouse, red jacket, the only thing that would question her selected "life style" was her eye make-up. It was definitely FI big lines, drawn in -four or five colors, verticle lines not horizonal, I mean she looked nice but FI eye make-up. Anyway the main attraction was Ms. USA her name is "Taylor Made!" (I would assume they named the golf club line after her!) anyway she looked great, real blond hair, about 6', nice body, just a good looking lady, and did a great show along with several other performers! The show started at 10:30 exactly and by that time the place was packed - a lot of straights with their dates, in fact SL and I were blessed with two pure 100% red-neck couples right next to us at the bar - girls, I know red-necks and these four were textbook!!!! I assure you. The two guys went up front to "tip" Taylor during her performance ( you know you hand a folded dollar bill to the entertainer during her performance) anyway, the two girls - "finally got it" as they said loudly to each other - "Hey I think that is a guy!" Uh! Duh~~!!!
Unfortunately, this gal has a low tolerance for cigarette smoke and the place just got unbearable, so by the 11:30 break we just had to leave.
I had on a modest length, mid-thigh black skirt with a rose and leaves applique that ran from the hem up almost to the waist. Nothing gaudy, it looked nice, a pair of calf-high black 3" spike heel boots and a creme colored, cable knit, sweater with a small chain and broach around my neck.
Actually, I looked HOT but, well, no, yes, I did look HOT! Ain't braggin if you can do it!!!! 8) Taylor is standing in the foyer near the entrance talking to someone and there are people milling around as you might expect in a crowded place. As we approached her - I got a look from her that would freeze an eskimo's -- whatever! Now all this happened in an instant, but what a look I got. I mean she looked me up and down and her head came up and back and it was like she was saying to me in her mind, who the hell do you think you are coming in here competing with me!? I would not have thought much of it other than after, SL mentioned as well about how Taylor had looked at me with almost daggers. I did touch her on the arm and looked her right in the eye, smiled and said, "I sure enjoy your show, hon!" She mumbled a "Thanks" and we left!
Wow, what an experience, it rivals my "run in" with the threesome in the park when the girl said about me from a distance as we approached each other on a path, "that's a guy!" As we passed and I smiled at them, I heard one of the guys say, "If that's a guy, I'd do her!"
Anyway we had fun and SL said she would like to go back.
"The Park" I would hazard a guess was 60% - 70% straights very few gays and the rest lesbians. No other CD'ers there, although - well never mind!
Keepin the faith!
Love,
Virginia

Hi Virginia--
It sounds like fun while it lasted--sorry about the smoke. That seems like reading about the Old West to me; we've been smoke-free in bars for something like four years now, or more, and I never thought it would actually happen.

Now as for dagger looks--well, you must be doing something right! Too bad you had to leave early. Maybe the management would have persuaded you to get up on stage, too!

The first time I met the drag queen who I now work with, I went backstage to compliment her on her act. Boy, did it get frosty in that dressing room! I never have asked her what THAT was about, 'cause I doubt she'd remember it. But I've not seen her treat any other fans like that since I've been with her. Good thing!

Hi, Absaroka - "FI" is Female Impersonator, a huge improvement over a DQ = Drag Queen!!

We had a wonderful time at The Park, despite the cigarette smoke, and we're looking forward to our next visit!!

Very cool, Virginia.

"Billie" could very well be CD. The eye makeup may have been due to her job location, fitting in and all. She may even be TS, who knows?

I wonder what it is with some female impersonators (FI) that they have a problem with CDs? At least not all of them have a problem.

Might be an image thing, they don't want to be thought of as being CD.
