Hi ladies! My dear girlfriend is out of town next week and you´ll never quess what I´m planning to do!!!!Maybe it wasn´t so difficult after all. I´m going to be en femme as much as possible :) Tonight I´m finally able to paint my toenails red( she just bought me bright red nail polish) and sleep a few nights in my nightgown. Those are two things I´ve agreed not to do because she doesn´t want me to. Last week I bought seven!!! new bras, a long skirt and a pair of shoes. It might be a good idea to have a photo session using a self timer even though getting sharp pictures may be difficult. I´ve always wanted to have some lingerie pictures taken but my girlfriend usually takes the pictures and she hasn´t even seen me in my (female) underwear and would probably be too embarassed to take those pictures. I feel so feminine already and can´t wait to get home ..^..

Self Portrait tips:

Use a flash (helps sharpness).

Use autofocus (helps avoid the blurries) or assume a position the proper distance away.

Use a tripod (easier to push tbe button and run), plus it gives you more control over perspective.

Use makeup (you'll wish you did if you don't).

Comb your hair again between shots (or at least between outfits).

Use an AC Adaptor and take lots of shots.

Smile!

Hugs,

Bernice

I guess she's "bachelorette'ing" so much she may have to give us a scoop after the week is done. :)

I hope she takes copious notes so we don't miss anything!

Hi girls !

It´s Tuesday now and I´m still breathing :) Did my lingerie photo session with 3 different sets of bras, panties and garters. Before the session I painted my toe nails as I promised and did my make up. Thanks for your tips Bernice!!! I have a digital SLR, so it´s quite easy to prefocus manually first, then set a 20 sec delay to a selftimer and get a good pose. I put the whole set on cd because my dearest may want to take a glance  I´ll get back to you later this week. Now I must hurry home to get rid of these male clothes :) :) :)

Yours truly,

Joanna

I´m a bit confused now, ladies, because last week wasn´t so great after all. I had a chance to dress every night and sleep in my nightgown but ended up dressing only 3 times.Maybe my expectations for last week were too high, I don´t know. Now I haven´t dressed for several days and intend to stay that way for the time being. Usually I make the most out of dressing when I do it spontaneously without thinking how I should feel etc.
A good thing is that the need to dress always comes back :) :)

There are sure a lot of feelings connected with dressing!

Particularly if you don't dress all the time (or on a regular basis such as only on every Saturday night for your support group) dressing can be a lot of work. Shaving, makeup, getting out the clothes, etc. etc.

And we all seem to get to the point where dressing is no longer an activity in and of itself. It becomes dressing AND... Dressing and pictures, or dressing and go out for dinner, etc.

It's a good time to remember (and be grateful) that there are limits to our desires to dress! If we can dress anywhere close to as often as we want, not an all-consuming obsession so important that it prevents us from doing many normal activities.

It's just fun (and provides a sense of who we are), and that's just fine.

Enjoy!

Hi Joanna,

I was in the same boat a couple of years ago. My wife went away for a month. :) I thought I was going to be in CD'r heaven. Instead I didn't dress for almost two weeks. I started dressing more in week 2, but it still wasn't anywhere near what I thought I wanted.

I think that was a turning point for me (one of a zillion). I'm trying to think of what I learned and put it into words, but I can't. :-k

I just know it helped remove a layer of eroticism that had been there. It also helped me with understanding my desires weren't 24/7. I'm sure there is more I learned, but I can't remember. :)

My wife went away last month for a week and again I didn't dress as much as I thought then either.

So, for the most part, I wanted to let you know my experience was similar to yours. :)

Hi ladies!

Thanks, Beauty and Rikki for your posts. You both helped me to better understand my feelings and behavior. I must have tried too hard and forced myself into something that wasn´t really my kind of thing. 24/7 isn´t my thing either. Over ten years I´ve dressed a few times a week, worn sometimes female underwear at work but I´ve never been out dressed and that suits me fine. I don´t think that will ever change. It is so easy to get excited reading your stories about going out dressed etc. We are all different and maybe I just forgot that.
I didn´t dress for ten days and it´s a long time for me! Having finished shaving my body on thursday evening , I thought it would be nice to wear panties and you know the rest of it. I spent the whole evening dressed and felt good because I didn´t control my feelings. I feel relieved because my worst nightmare of being "cured" didn´t come true.I´m still a crossdresser :) =D> :) =D> *-*
