Have any of you girls worn a bra at Fitness Club under vest

I would love to but haven't done. I have worn a Shimmel with built in bra. I do a lot of weight type activities and it would be helpful

If you need one, then wear one.

I've several Shimmel type tank tops I work out in, at home.

Personally, I wouldn't wear a bra to the gym. I think it would be too uncomfortable with all the sweating and such.

Yes, I did wear one once. I was scared and excited and it went fine; if anyone noticed they didn't tell me.

Then I decided, why wear a bra to the gym? Just have to wash it, and the sweat and strain will shorten its life. I do have sports bras, and sometimes use them for sweaty work (lawn mowing etc.) but finally decided bras at the gym were something I don't need to do.

So I go braless. When I think of it that way, it's exciting too.

I started wearing sports bras when I play ice hockey... Bought a pair of Jill Shorts so technically I am crossdressing when I play since I'm wearing the same things that the women are wearing... It doesn't help my game and I have a wussy slap shot but I feel awesome!! though I keep my tee shirt on, none of the guys have ever said a thing.. About the bra, or my totally hairless body!! If you want to, the just o do it. No one really cares..

I honestly can't. I usually also go braless during the hot days of summer because I tend to drench my shirts and it shows a lot if something is absorbing the moisture underneath.
