I suppose I could accentuate what I have if I lost some tummy size/weight but I'm afraid loss there would mean an accompanying loss bust wise.
I remember when a friend (GG) did the low carb diet. Worked on her whole body. Great for her health but not the results I would want.
Anyone know how to lose just the waist/tummy fat?
I didn't know they could move fat around. Now that would be interesting.
