Shopping

Post by Kristina T. »

Strange, all the sudden i am driven to buy outfits. i have worn girly clothes for some time, but only shopped for them maybe once in 20 odd years or more. usually i wear what ive had for quite a bit. but since v-day ive gone shopping 4 times. found some great deals too. the first time i was worried that someone would ask me what i was doing in that section of the store, had all these excuses stored up for use. then i would wait around the check out counter till a guy would be done, did not so much mind if a woman was in line, weird. but the other times i went i did not really care. yes, i would notice the questioning glances of a person in my vicinity, but i just kept on looking for better deals on items and not worry about them.
Lovingly, Kristina

Hon never feel uncomfortable as your money is as good as anyones, also you will find the sales women really don't give a hoot one way or the other. Go forth young lady and spend those green backs *-* .

Kristina,

I learned about age 17 or so there are millions of people in the world that I will never see or see again. So I got to be a little crazy in public because I could. I did the crazy things knowing that it was fun and that anyone about would be gone later. I didn't care what strangers might think. Besides, what would make their thinking better than my thinking? What made them important?

All this is simply saying. Relax; no one cares. Until you relax, you will not be getting the help you might want in the stores, you might not get a good opinion from a stranger because you didn't ask and you just go out all paranoid instead of going out with fun to be had.

Your money is good as Carol Ann said and besides, who's to say we aren't a refreshing breath of fresh air from the other customers? And all those people looking at you in line or in the women's department? Ever wonder how many of the guys could be jealous you are there and they aren't?

aha, you're hooked now :P
Shopping is great fun once you get past the worry about what everyone else thinks. Then you get to the point where it just doesn't feel right if you haven't bought yourself a cute outfit this week :)

i just went out again, went to targee , got a x 2 bra, it feels awesome, i love the extra push it gives everything, been trial and error on the sizing , but i finally got it right, with no one to ask how to do it. went to the party store and got a cheer leading outfit. it is so decadent. got some party jewelry too. i don't want my ears pierced just yet so does anyone know where to get the clip on kind of earnings, amazon or where ever? i think ill do it eventually , just not yet. went to the bar with my cheer outfit on. of course had a suit and tie on over it. felt great

It is allowed, just read the rules regarding Photo's
Also, if you don't feel like going outside to shop. There is always the internet.
I envy you though. I wouldn't dare shopping for myself for now.

Kristina,

There are a few web sites dedicated to clip earrings that are just a Google away. Myself, I shop at Claire's and such places as they have very inexpensive earrings. BUT that also means you toss them out in a year or so. The other trick is to buy pierced earrings and I don't have adapters, but I simply disassemble the dangles and move them to clips. One place to get clip earring findings is http://www.firemountaingems.com/. You will have to judge the prices yourself.
