Basically underdressing is secretly wearing lingerie under boyclothes.
For me it extends to wearing any underwear, lingerie, and 'lounging clothes' that at home out of the public gaze. Briefs, girdle, pantyhose, bra, camisole, slip, nighty, bodysuit, leotard, swimsuit, jumpsuit, catsuit, etc.
Specifically excludes trying to pass, wear make-up, etc.

Now, do you think this definition could apply also to females wearing male underthings under (and concealed by) their traditionally female clothing?
Indeed, does this ever happen? I mean I've taken a lot of "peek-a-boo" in my day, but have never seen this. Just wondering if anybody else has
